1. Using Anveric
These terms describe general conditions for using the Anveric website and software. Use Anveric only where permitted by applicable law and the rules of your connected exchange. You are responsible for your account, your devices and your use of the service.
2. Your trading decisions
Anveric provides software for monitoring, customizable alerts and user-configured exit plans. Anveric does not provide trading, investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Its alerts, market information and tools are not recommendations to buy, sell or hold a position. Use your own independent judgment. You decide whether to trade, which positions to monitor and how to configure any plan. You remain responsible for reviewing settings, confirming actions and monitoring your exchange account. Trading involves risk, including loss of the money you commit.
3. Alerts and automated exits
An alert or protection plan does not guarantee a sale, a particular price or a limit on losses. Market data may be delayed or incomplete. Orders may be rejected, partially filled or remain unfilled because of available liquidity, changing prices, exchange restrictions or technical failures. Notifications may arrive late or not arrive. Review orders and executions directly with your exchange when needed.
4. Desktop and companion availability
The desktop application owns trade execution; the paired mobile app depends on the desktop and connected services. Device sleep, shutdowns, internet outages, expired access and service interruptions can affect monitoring and execution. Protection plans require re-arming after a desktop restart. Previously submitted orders may still fill even if an app is closed or access ends.
5. Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your credentials and activation keys secure, provide accurate account information and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Do not bypass licensing, interfere with the service, distribute malicious software, misuse another person’s data or attempt unauthorized access. Anveric may restrict access to address misuse or security risks, subject to applicable law. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
6. Beta access and subscriptions
The seven-day beta trial starts when you first generate a trial key. It does not require a payment card or automatically become a paid subscription. Replacement keys and reinstalling do not restart the trial. When paid subscriptions are offered, the price, applicable taxes and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled; canceling renewal preserves the period already paid for. Manage subscriptions through your account or contact support for billing help. These terms do not limit any refund or cancellation rights required by law.
7. When access expires
Your account and desktop show the access deadline. A fixed one-hour grace period follows expiry: no new protection plans can be armed during grace. After grace, monitoring and new sell submissions stop; account access, saved history and reconciliation of previously submitted orders remain available. Do not depend on a reminder as the only way to track your deadline.
8. Beta features and third parties
Beta software can contain errors and may change. Features marked coming soon or in development are not promises of availability or a release date. Anveric depends on third-party exchanges, market data, hosting and notification services whose availability is outside its control. Anveric is independent of Kalshi and is not represented as endorsed by or affiliated with it. Your exchange’s own terms continue to apply.
9. Software and feedback
Anveric and its branding remain the property of their respective owners. Access lets you use the software under the applicable license; it does not transfer ownership. Feedback is voluntary. Send only material you are authorized to share and do not include passwords or API keys in your message. Attached diagnostics help investigate the issue described in your report.
10. Service limitations
To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation, accurate market information or any trading outcome. Anveric does not guarantee profits or prevention of losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Updates and questions
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The date on this page identifies the current version; material changes will be communicated where required. For questions about these terms, access or billing, contact Anveric support.
