An alert notifies you when a price or loss reaches a level you choose. An armed stop-loss plan can automatically submit a sell order when its trigger is reached. You choose when each stage activates and how much of your position it can sell.
Understand the parts of a plan
01
The trigger
A trigger defines when a stage activates. Sentinel individual plans support fixed-price and entry-relative triggers; protected stages watch the held-side last trade. Emergency protection watches best bid for standard positions and last trade for RFQ combos.
02
The staged response
Staged exits divide a position into portions with their own triggers, rather than treating every move as an all-or-nothing decision. You choose the settings and review the resulting plan before arming it.
03
The covered positions
An individual plan applies to one holding. Portfolio protection applies shared settings to the positions you review, not automatically to future purchases. An alert rule and a protection plan remain separate controls.
No. A Watchtower alert notifies you when its condition is met. An armed Sentinel plan can submit sell orders under the settings you reviewed. Creating an alert alone does not authorize a sale.
How does combo selling work?
Sentinel can request quotes and sell a whole combo through Kalshi’s request-for-quote (RFQ) system under your reviewed and armed plan. Stages and emergency exits are supported. Individual legs are monitored separately but are not sold separately by the combo plan.
Can I manage a plan from my phone?
Yes. The paired phone app supports creating, editing, reviewing and arming plans through desktop validation and explicit confirmation. Your desktop remains responsible for execution.
Does my desktop need to stay on?
Yes. Keep your desktop awake, online and running Anveric. A phone connection does not replace the desktop execution engine. Plans require explicit re-arming after a desktop restart.
Does Kalshi have its own stop-loss features?
Kalshi documents native take-profit and stop-loss features for perpetual futures. Availability depends on the product and market. Anveric is a separate workflow for monitoring and user-configured exits; check the controls supported for your position rather than assuming every market works the same way.
